Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service. Interact with guests and personnel of the hotel in an efficient and friendly manner. Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services. Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions. Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork. Conduct on-going training and coach all the employees and ensure to maintain records. Conduct briefing for Housekeeping Attendants. Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Qualifications BHM Degree/Diploma. Good oral and written proficiency in English. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
