  • Team Supervision
  • Assign daily tasks to room attendants and inspect work for cleanliness and compliance.
  • Train new housekeeping staff on proper procedures and Hilton cleanliness standards.
  • Motivate and support the housekeeping team to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure prompt response to guest requests or housekeeping-related complaints.
  • Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor linen and supply inventories and communicate needs to management.
  • Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure staff follows all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and Hilton brand policies.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality required (Hilton experience a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.
