Job Description Prepare store requisitions and draw items for general store To update pending maintenance list To monitor the performance of desk. Maintain the housekeeping store and stock record by constant updating of receipts and issues. Responsible for the periodical physical Inventory of items in store and circulation Uniform, linen, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, Operational equipments and capital equipments. Routine check on the condition of the linen and uniform and the quality of processing Quality audit – replacing worn out items with new ones from store, and regular discards Detailed checking of public area Follow thorough cleaning schedule strictly Report all defects in area to the engineering department and ensure they are rectified immediately – Liaise with engineering department daily for the same Ensures departmental employees are fully trained, conduct regular training sessions personally through class room and on the job training Ensures attendance on behavioral and vocational training in own and related areas to enhance kills and encourage multi functionality Ensures departmental employees are fully trained, conduct regular training sessions personally through class room and on the job training Ensures attendance on behavioral and vocational training in own and related areas to enhance kills and encourage multi functionality Qualifications 3 years experience as Housekeeping Associate or 1 year experience as Team Leader Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
