As Housekeeping at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy a spotless, well-maintained environment every day. What You'll Do: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms. Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards. Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed. Restock supplies and report inventory needs. Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair. Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment. Assist with special projects or community events as needed. What Makes You a Great Fit: You have experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role. You’re detail-oriented and take pride in your ability to create spotless spaces. You’re self-motivated and work efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team.
