Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilitys goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living. INDPC QualificationsQualifications High school graduate or GED Ability to read and write, speak and understand English. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Numerical ability to measure ingredients and learn dilution ratios. Ability to operate floor scrubbing and polishing machines. Ability to use a step ladder. Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, visitors, and other facility personnel. Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
Responsibilities
Implement facility housekeeping procedures efficiently and cost-effectively to meet resident needs. Ensure all tasks comply with Federal, State, and local requirements while supporting person-centered care routines.
