INDPC QualificationsQualifications High school graduate or GED Ability to read and write, speak and understand English. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Numerical ability to measure ingredients and learn dilution ratios. Ability to operate floor scrubbing and polishing machines. Ability to use a step ladder. Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, visitors, and other facility personnel. Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
