Job Requirements To prepare vacation rentals for arriving guests according to established standards. We need an enthusiastic person who wants to be a part of a GREAT TEAM! Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming Clean kitchen, wipe down all surfaces inside and out Report any missing or broken items Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met Report all maintenance issues to a supervisor, noting the issues on your assignment report. Protect assets by returning keys and supplies to proper locations. Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor of all rollaway or cribs in rooms for pick-up and storage. Turn in immediately all “lost and found” items to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Our Employees Put the needs of the customer first while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements Our Ideal Housekeeper Experience in cleaning condominium units Learn from peers and supervisor Wants to be a part of a small team environment - You are NOT a number WE want to give you time to make it correct and support you along the way Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands to finger, or feel objects, tools or controls, lift boxes, and luggage ( up to 50 pounds ), talk and hear. Vision abilities required by this job to be able to see dirt and hair.
Responsibilities
Prepare vacation rentals for arriving guests by cleaning guest rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms according to established standards. Respond to guest requests and report maintenance issues as needed.
