SUMMARY

Lemon Tree Housekeeping is looking for a Manager to join the team and assist with running the Nanaimo and area operations. In this role, you will provide leadership to staff by teaching and mentoring new hires. Additional responsibilities include: meet with new clients and stakeholders to provide cleaning quotes, perform administrative tasks, support the scheduler with creating staffing plans. You must have supervisor and cleaning experience; residential, commercial/office, Airbnb cleaning and post construction cleaning. The right candidate has strong writing and interpersonal skills with business acumen. Knowledge of social media would be a bonus. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their presentation and can represent the company in a professional manner. A university degree is preferred.
