Your day-to-day We are looking for enthusiastic Houseperson candidates (both full time and part time) to work in our beautiful luxury hotel as part of the hotel’s in-house Housekeeping Team. Attending to guest requests, as assigned Assisting the wider housekeeping and laundry team, as needed Keeping cleaning equipment clean and maintained. Reporting any maintenance concerns Ensuring equipment and pantries are kept clean and maintained. Working with a range of chemicals. Monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities to minimise wastage. What we need from you Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia are required for this role (kindly be aware that we cannot sponsor for this role). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, making it easy for guests to approach you with concerns or compliments, ensuring a positive experience for all. Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus. Strong reading and writing abilities are important for training, following instructions and using chemicals correctly. The role requires good physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for most of the day and need to bend and kneel frequently. Your problem-solving abilities will turn challenges into opportunities, allowing every guest to leave with great memories.
