This classic landmark is defined through its culture and distinctive atmosphere. The position: We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our housekeeping team is meeting our high standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional service to our guests. A day in the life... - Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation - Provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting our standards - Ensure that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of room inspections and report any issues to the appropriate department - Assist with training new housekeeping staff as needed - Respond to guest complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner We’ve got you covered… Our team members are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
