Key Responsibilities Responsible for inspecting guest rooms and suites to ensure they meet Forbes 5-Star standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality Maintain excellence in guest rooms, suites, and corridors, exceeding guest and management expectations. Visually check public spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and in working order. Oversee proper use of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Coordinate, assign, and train housekeeping staff, ensuring proper coverage. Record inspection results, resolve guest concerns, and maintain accommodation standards. Assist with room cleaning and delivery of amenities as needed. Ensure floors are properly stocked and complete inspection reports accurately. Stay informed of daily hotel operations, events, and procedural updates. Follow all safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Prior housekeeping experience, required. Must be able to bend, squat, stretch, and lift weighing up to 50 pounds Able to handle difficult situations effectively Strong communication skills Detail oriented and accurate in work Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
