Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Housekeeping Room Inspector to join our team at. In this role, you will ensure guest rooms meet brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest readiness. You will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Inspect cleaned guest rooms to ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards Confirm all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and presented Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly Provide feedback and support to Room Attendants to improve performance and consistency Prioritize and inspect VIP arrivals, early check-ins, and special request rooms Update room status in the hotel’s property management system in real time Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards in public areas as needed Support housekeeping leadership with quality control initiatives and special projects Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Prior hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Effective communication and team collaboration skills Basic computer proficiency; Marriott systems experience is a plus Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Requirements · Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. · Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. · Hearing, writing, typing. · Minimum pulling of 20 pounds. · Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions. · Must have good mathematical and computer skills. · High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred. · CPR and first aid training preferred. · Additional language ability preferred
