Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Housekeeping Intern, you will support the Housekeeping department in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will assist the Room Attendants and the Leadership team in ensuring guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards set by Four Seasons Hotels. You will also handle guest interactions and requests with professionalism and hospitality.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to the established standard of conduct, house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
  • Assist in checking for maintenance work orders and reporting them to the Housekeeping Department.
  • Help receive and complete guest requests on the floors, such as providing extra pillows and blankets.
  • Support the housekeeping team in general cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Conduct spot checks under supervision to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
  • Assist in inspecting VIP and Special Attention rooms to ensure all special requests and amenities are completed.
