OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our guests expect. Previous experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in hospitality settings.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairways, and other public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
