Casual Housekeeping and Laundry
Days, Weekends, Evenings, Holidays
Housekeeping duties include cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, washrooms and offices, floor care, using industrial chemicals
-Working independently and as part of team
-Interacting with residents
-Working in laundry sorting, washing, drying and folding clothing and linen.
-Labelling resident clothing
Grade 12 education or non-academic equivalent (to be determined/assessed by service provider).
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis.
Good oral and written communication skills.
The ability to work required shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have sound interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
Compassion, integrity, maturity, respect and a positive attitude are essential attributes.
Previous experience in long term care in housekeeping and laundry an asset

• 12, 4, 8 hour shift
