JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or leading experience
• Team player and can provide support, motivation and encouragement to others
• Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Great communication; speak, read and write English
• Works safely and responsibly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch for long periods of time
• Fast repetitive movements of fingers, hands, and wrists
• Able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs
• Able to use hands to handle objects and tools
• Must be able to complete 12-hour shift

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol clearance
• Completion of LandSea or site-specific Orientation and Safety Training
• Government-issued ID is required for air travel
• Provide two (2) valid references from former employers (required)

• Provides first class customer service
• Assign daily workloads and supervise housekeeping and janitorial personnel
• Maintain and monitor inventory and records
• Orientation and training new employees
• Prepare weekly chemical orders, consult Head/1st Cook regarding kitchen requirements
• Administering and receiving constructive feedback from both clients and LandSea employees
• Participate in safety meetings and reporting, incidents, injuries, or safety hazards as per LandSea and TMEP requirements
• Assist with cleaning when required
• Different tasks may arise at the last minute, be available to complete and assist other staff with all tasks they require
