We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to join our team and help us uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
About the RoleAs the Lead Housekeeper, you’ll be both a hands-on and supportive team member, overseeing quality control. In addition to daily housekeeping tasks you will assist in maintaining standards of cleanliness within rooms and public areas.This position also offers the opportunity to gain experience in supporting team members, helping maintain hotel standards, and developing leadership skills in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversees work to ensure all rooms and common areas meet hotel standards.
  • Conduct inspections to guarantee cleanliness, comfort, and guest readiness.
  • Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Report maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly.
  • Help ensure rooms are ready for guests in a timely manner.
  • Follow all safety and cleaning protocols.
