Description JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a professional Casino Cleaner able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. CASINO CLEANER RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, Vacuuming, emptying trash cans dusting and polishing Ensuring all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances Be mindful of putting wet floor signs out when mopping Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Check stocking levels of all supplies and replace when appropriate Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Requirements GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays and overtime if needed REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Proven experience as a Casino Cleaner or Housekeeper Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Working quickly without compromising quality Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations Hard working, detailed-oriented, and reliable DEMANDS TO COMPLETE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Able to stand, walk, stoop, talk, and hear. Able to walk and remain standing for 8 to 10 hours with breaks. Must present a well-groomed appearance. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. Able to work at a fast pace in mentally and physically stressful situations.
