Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Oversee the maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize skills in Housekeeping, Housekeeping Manager, and Kat Hizmetleri Müdürü to enhance service quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Administration of Tourism and Hotel or related fields. Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Housekeeper position. Proficiency in English (Good). Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality sector is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site. Additional Information A team player Add diplomas/certifications required if needed.
