As an experienced Housekeeping Manager, you will join our illustrious team and elevate our brand to new heights. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated leader to join the Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square as Housekeeping Manager. This is a role is focused on guest experience, ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness are achieved across our rooms, public areas & back of house areas, creating first impressions are impactful at every opportunity. What is the role all about - Lead, manage and develop the housekeeping team Oversee the cleaning of the guest rooms, public areas & back of house areas, & ensure they are in line with hotel & brand standards Closely monitor & maintain productivity across the department Plan & activate logical work patterns to achieve additional ongoing scheduled cleaning. Building professional relationships & effectively working with the entire operational & leadership teams to ensure the property is to cleanliness standards. Qualifications Demonstrated success in a similar role within the hotel sector Superior people management abilities Advanced knowledge of OPERA Cloud, Hub OS & Ready Workforce Strong time management & highly attuned organisational skills & a drive to succeed Flexible & focused, with an understanding of all hotel operations A genuine passion and motivation for the hospitality industry.
