Company Description We are looking for a passionate talent with former Housekeeping Manager experience in Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury segment of hospitality, to lead the Housekeeping operations of a five-star hotel under the Pullman brand in Budapest. This unique property is located in the heart of Budapest, right in the city center (District 6), offering 136 rooms, a restaurant & bar, rooftop event space, gym, meeting rooms - combining lifestyle and design, for business and leisure. Job Description Managing the hotel’s Housekeeping department, organizing, coordinating, and supervising cleaning tasks Developing, supporting, and motivating staff Planning and managing costs and workforce related to the Housekeeping department Maintaining quality standards through continuous inspections and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction Close cooperation with other hotel departments and suppliers to ensure that every detail is in place Conducting inventory and maintaining accurate records of equipment and supplies, ensuring proper replenishment Managing staff uniforms: keeping records, distributing, arranging cleaning, checking condition, and replacing when necessary Qualifications You have excellent team-leadership and coordination skills You speak English and Hungarian at an advanced level You are a strong problem-solver with a decisive personality You communicate effectively and enjoy doing so You are guest-oriented and deliver high-quality work You are a hands-on leader who actively supports the team when needed You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the housekeeping field An advantage for this position is if you are familiar with the Opera hotel software.
