Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
