We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. Your role is essential to maintaining the welcoming, refined atmosphere that defines the Claramount experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
  • Train and coach staff to follow Claramount’s quality, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Oversee inventory management of linens, amenities, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Perform daily inspections to uphold standards of luxury, comfort, and attention to detail.
  • Assist with hands-on cleaning duties during peak times, leading by example.
  • Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest requests, preferences, and concerns promptly and professionally.
