Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd is a National Housekeeping Company. Our head office is in Ruthin, North Wales. This is a Housekeeping Manager role at one of our clients sites in Shrewsbury

Your own transport to site is required, drivers license needed.
Your Responsibilities as Housekeeping Manager will include;
· Contracted 24 hours per week.
· Need to be available on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, as these are the key days, with one other working day for Admin. Days and hours dependent on the business needs, Flexibility across a 7 day rota.
· Management skills are required.
· You must be computer literate and have basic knowledge in word, excel and outlook.
· Managing the highest standards within the team to deliver the highest level of cleanliness and presentation. Dealing with complaints in a proper manner and implementing improvement.
· Liaising with Maintenance team to address any issues within accommodation.
· Liaising with head office and your Operations Manager to ensure all admin work is complete and stock is ordered and available for teams to deliver the cleans.
· Manage rotas for housekeeping team in conjunction with arrivals and departures to ensure adequate cover.
· Day to day people management of housekeeping team.
· Working to a deadline (4pm Check-in) to achieve all the cleans required, but still ensuring the standards are upheld.
· Support the overall senior management of the resort to deliver excellent service to all guests on the resort.
· Carry out any necessary admin.
