Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE…

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. You will supervise, train and work alongside your team to ensure all hotel rooms and public areas are sparklingly clean and in tip-top condition. You will be a fantastic communicator, engaging and motivating your team, and ensuring everyone works seamlessly together, helping to achieve the venues business goals. Your communication with other departments will be paramount, working closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure our guests receive the very best service.
You will ensure the effective and efficient running of the housekeeping team, with accountability for defined processes within the department. You’ll ensure financial targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest of company and brand standards, to ensure guest expectation is consistently met and exceeded.
