This is an opportunity to lead a team, own your department, and elevate cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the entire facility. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and inspire a housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation Establish and maintain hospitality-level cleaning and inspection standards across all areas of the club Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workflows to support a high-volume, multi-use facility Conduct routine inspections and ensure all areas meet or exceed cleanliness expectations Coach team members on productivity, attention to detail, and service standards Partner with Facilities and leadership to ensure seamless maintenance, repairs, and overall club readiness Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships while staying within budget Respond quickly and professionally to member needs and service requests Build a team culture focused on accountability, pride, and exceptional service Work as a hands-on manager cleaning the club Requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience (hotel or hospitality environment strongly preferred) Experience managing schedules, staffing levels, and high-volume cleaning operations Strong eye for detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, and drive accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with being a hands-on leader, cleaning with your team Physical demands Must be able to stand, move, walk, bend, reach, stretch and use repetitive arm and leg motion throughout the shift Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs Must be able to carry a vacuum backpack Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Company Expectations Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook Park in team member-designated areas Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean Assist with Service Day Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department Promptly return messages Exhibit a positive attitude at all times Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times Affirmative Action/EEO statement acac is an equal opportunity employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
