We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team in one of the most beautiful hotels in Amsterdam. In this role, you will ensure the hotel is always spotless and welcoming for guests, while also motivating and organizing your team to deliver top-quality service.

• Leading and inspiring the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
• Training and coaching your team, setting clear expectations, and helping them perform efficiently every day.
• Managing schedules and administration, ensuring shifts are covered, tracking working hours, and maintaining records accurately.
• Conducting quality inspections, checking rooms and public spaces to guarantee they meet hotel standards.
• Resolving housekeeping issues quickly and efficiently, working closely with hotel management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
