JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or hospitality management, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance, inventory usage, and maintenance needs.
