The Housekeeping Manager plays a vital role in creating memorable, elevated guest experiences across all public spaces and distinctive lodging areas, including the green o and Glamping accommodations. What We Offer:  * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401K with Employer Match * Paid Time Off – 9 Floating Holidays and 15 Personal Days * Career Development and Advancement Opportunities * Life Insurance, Long Term, and Short-Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program (5 free counseling sessions) * Referral Bonus Program (Get paid $250 to recruit) * Carpool Reimbursement ($5-$20/Day) * Employee Discounts on Merchandise (30% on select items in our retail store) * Employee Lunch Provided The Primary Functions are:  * Conduct thorough inspections of all accommodations to ensure cleanliness and presentation consistently meet Paws Up standards. * Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to uphold the resort’s cleanliness and luxury presentation standards. * Maintain quality control by inspecting accommodations, coordinating corrective measures, and providing ongoing staff training as needed. * Lead daily pre-shift briefings to communicate priorities, updates, and operational goals to the housekeeping team. * Maintain continuous communication with other departments to ensure alignment on accommodation readiness and guest satisfaction. * Perform cleaning tasks as needed, particularly during low occupancy periods or when staffing levels are reduced. * Maintain flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or as required by the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry. * Interact with guests professionally and attentively, responding to requests and providing personalized service as appropriate. * Follow and complete daily departmental checklists. * Support Housekeeping team functions as directed by management.
