Your tasks

• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the rooms and a smooth process
• Control and release of guest rooms and public areas
• Scheduling and training of chambermaids and trainees
• Coordination of laundry supply
• Furnishing of VIP rooms
• Coordination and fulfillment of guest requests and ironing service
• Lost and Found Administration
• Reporting of technical defects

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or qualified career changer
• Good German and English skills
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work late shifts/weekend shifts/holiday shifts
• Team players and hosts with heart complete your profile.
