They understand the orchestra that is managing housekeeping functions and a team on a daily basis to ensure property guest rooms, public space and team member areas are clean, well maintained and picture perfect. This leader not only holds themselves, but their team to a high standard of excellence in the overall housekeeping operations but also guarantees the cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guests rooms and other assigned areas as their own.
