Job Description Lead the presentation and cleanliness of one of our largest and busiest coastal parks, NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park. With a large-scale operation (57 cabins + 357 sites) and high guest volumes year-round, this is a role where your impact is seen every single day. This isn’t just about cleaning rooms; it’s about leading a critical department that shapes every guest experience What you will do: Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of housekeeping operations across the park. Lead a team of 11 including a Team Leader Coordinating housekeeping, public area and laundry operations Managing rosters, labour and productivity to meet operational demands Ensuring high presentation standards across all accommodation and facilities Monitoring guest feedback and driving improvements in service delivery Leading, coaching and developing your team to perform at their best You’ll work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and the broader leadership team to ensure the park is always guest-ready and running smoothly What you will bring: You’re an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager who: Thrives in a large scale, fast-paced, high-volume environment Has strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Is confident leading and developing a hands-on team Understands labour, productivity and operational efficiency Brings a genuine passion for guest experience and service standards Most importantly, you lead by example, stay calm under pressure and know how to bring a team together to get the job done.
