Multi-Site Housekeeping Manager (£28–30k, 45 hrs/week) reporting into General Manager
Provenance Inns seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping teams across three North Yorkshire sites. Responsibilities include staff management, rotas, inspections, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Must have own transport, 2+ years’ experience, and be available for early mornings and weekends. Benefits include tips, pension, parking, and staff discounts. All sites are located within two miles of each other
Key Duties:
Manage and develop a small housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and within set timeframes.
Monitor rotas, budgets, and staffing levels.
Conduct daily inspections, manage linen stocks, lost property procedure, and ensure any maintenance issues are brought to the attention of the maintenance department.
Ensure health & safety, COSHH, and CPL training compliance.
Benefits:
£28,000–£30,000 per year, 45 hours/week.
