We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Manager to manage a range of house keeping duties as a member of a care team which is designed to provide a homely and caring atmosphere where the customers’ quality of life is maximised.

  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping operation in the home including supervising the team of housekeepers to ensure our home provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Working as part of an integrated care team, you’ll help create caring environment, where our resident’s dignity is never compromised and their independence is encouraged.
  • To ensure compliance with COSHH Regulations. Maintain company COSHH manuals
  • To maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home, in accordance with the guidelines on the use of cleaning materials and equipment
  • To organise & participate in staff meetings, training and development and staff reviews
  • To manage the house keeping budget and produce bi-monthly stock takes. Agree action to be taken in the event of an overspend
  • To supervise and/or undertake basic housekeeping tasks throughout the home, including laundry. Monitor all areas to ensure they are kept in a hygienic condition
  • Previous relevant experience together with excellent multitasking and communication skills, are essential.
