In this vital leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a dedicated team, ensure every space shines, and play a key part in delivering memorable stays—every single day. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead and support a high-performing housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards * Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences * Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and payroll * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail * Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and enhance their stay * Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies, linens, and equipment are always on hand * Champion health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment WHAT YOU BRING * 2+ years of housekeeping management (or similar leadership experience) in hospitality * Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities * Knowledge of cleaning processes, chemicals, and safety procedures * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed * High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education a plus) * Experience with budgeting and payroll is preferred WHAT WE OFFER * Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (paid bi-weekly) * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Optional supplemental insurance plans * Paid time off and vacation * Professional development and career growth opportunities * Employee hotel discounts * Free parking WHY JOIN US?
