JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our client’s hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel housekeeping management, the ability to over see the cleanliness, orderliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas and all staff spaces within the hotel, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will manage and supervise a team of housekeepers, coordinate schedules, handle budgets, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
Additionally, you will be responsible to address guest complaints, implement safety and sanitation protocols, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. For this role you must have excellent leadership skills to manage the team effectively while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team effectively while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests professionally.
