We are now seeking a passionate and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of our stunning apartments and communal spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in service, inspires their team, and loves being part of something meaningful.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a small housekeeping team to deliver immaculate holiday let changeovers
  • Managing rotas, productivity, and scheduling for the housekeeping function
  • Ensuring all apartments and communal areas are maintained to exceptional standards
  • Collaborating with the General Manager on health & safety, inventory, budgets, and SOPs
  • Representing Tors Park when meeting guests and residents – always professional and welcoming
  • Taking part in rota to answer guest phone calls and manage bookings
  • Stepping into other roles as needed – we’re a close-knit, collaborative team
  • Upholding our values of sustainability, care, and hospitality in everything you do
