As a Housekeeping Manager, you will: Be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed Assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups Conduct performance reviews Manage and monitor assigned buildings To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 500 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years.
