As a Housekeeping Manager, you will: Be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed Assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups Conduct performance reviews Manage and monitor assigned buildings To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for candidates who shares our commitment. Qualifications Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions. A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 500 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years. A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability, open to working any days, any shift, is a must. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Additional Information Why Westgate?
