Location: Working across multiple WildLand sites in the wild north of Sutherland, Scotland
Hours: 45 hours per week; permanent; full time or part time; flexible working available

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Your role is to manage the Housekeeping Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for organising the daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently. You and your Team will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a role model of WildLand Leadership and Team work.
  • Manage your Team to consistent high performance.
  • Align you and your Team with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Ensure alignment to the operating and training standards and procurement protocols set by the Housekeeping Standards and Procurement Manager.
  • Manage the delivery of a consistently high standard housekeeping service to all our properties.
  • Partner with Front of House and Chef Team to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
  • Fulfil the Front of House function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
  • Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
