LifeX is a fast-growing start-up that is developing a new co-living concept throughout Europe. We provide fully serviced Nordic-styled co-living apartments in Munich and other European cities. LifeX is for people who relocate because of work, as well as anyone who wants a flexible lifestyle with time to have fun with others as part of an international environment.
We are seeking a Housekeeper in Munich. You will be responsible for the daily cleaning tasks of our apartments.

Tasks:

  • General apartment cleaning in rooms, common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms
  • Deep cleaning and general maintenance in different locations where cleaning tasks such as the descaling of showerheads, cleaning ovens, electrical appliances, and unclogging drains in bathrooms.
  • Check-out cleanings where you make sure that the apartment is spotless for the next person moving in, and checking for any damages or missing items.
  • General communication with the operations team and tenants.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Professional experience in housekeeping / domestic cleaning
  • Specialist knowledge of materials, cleaning and care products
  • Sense of cleanliness and order
  • Independent, structured way of working and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of human nature
  • Team player, flexible, reliable, motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good language skills in English, any other language an advantage
