QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Restock cleaning supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
