We’re hiring an Operations & Guest Experience Manager to balance hospitality, behind-the-scenes organization, and staff management across our two boutique properties.

Responsibilities

Manage guest communication and check-ins
Process and refund payments
Update websites, booking platforms, and automated systems
Implement promotions, set rates, and manage daily intervals
Order and track supplies
Conduct monthly health & fire safety inspections
Coordinate with fire, sprinkler, elevator, and compliance companies
Schedule and oversee housekeeping & maintenance staff
Resolve guest and staff issues quickly and professionally
