Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with custodial duties in a hotel setting is beneficial
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
