• Demonstrating customer care and deliver genuine service in order to create a warm and comfortable environment for our residents, guests and colleagues.
• Managing linen stock level of the floors according to the floor occupancy as well as monthly inventory stock-take
• Performing special cleaning which could include high dusting, carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
