OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Housekeeping Porter to support our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing an exceptional guest experience.

• Assist housekeepers with the transport of linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials across the property.
• Collect and distribute clean and dirty laundry, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering extra amenities or retrieving luggage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment.
• Handle garbage disposal and recycling tasks efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks, including vacuuming corridors and common areas, as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.
• Support the housekeeping team during peak times to ensure seamless operations.
