HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES:

• Clean guest rooms to Accor’s brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms
• Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and linens
• Report maintenance issues and ensure all rooms meet hygiene and safety standards

PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT DUTIES:

• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, lifts, and restrooms
• Sanitise high-touch surfaces throughout the day
• Respond promptly to guest requests in public areas
• Refill housekeeping pantries with amenities, linen, and cleaning supplies
• Monitor stock levels and submit linen and supply orders as required
• Ensure storage areas are tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards
