Description Position Summary: Housekeeping 2nd shift is a part-time position employed by Music and Event Management Incorporated (MEMI). This shift is available based on show needs and is responsible for maintaining and cleaning VIP areas at Riverbend Music Center according to department guidelines. We are looking for detail-oriented people who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness of VIP areas, including bathrooms, during shows Cleaning includes (but not limited to) sanitizing, scrubbing, sweeping, moping, and stocking of VIP areas based on needs that arise during concerts Dispose of trash and waste, including biohazardous waste and other materials, in accordance with facility policies Work in small groups of up to 5 people Manage time efficiently based on crowd quantities Active listening and talking via radio communication Convey information to designated managers Other duties as assigned Requirements Extremely high attention to detail Ability to maintain cleanliness in designated areas Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions, especially heat and rain, for a majority of an 8-hour shift Understanding and willingness to work around events including weekends, nights, and some holidays Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift Capability to lift up to 25lbs Ability to work in small groups of up to 5 people Capability to talk over radio Available Shifts: Seasonal Position Shifts available starting 6 weeks before first event & up to 6 weeks after last event Start times: 4pm-5:30pm, schedule based on needs of shows Duration: 4-8 hours Pay: starting $15/hr 8 to 12 open positions available

Responsibilities

The Housekeeping position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of VIP areas during shows, including bathrooms. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and managing waste disposal according to facility policies.
