As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for: * Clean and prepare guest rooms to HSKP standards * Restock amenities and food and beverage items * Update room status via telephone and on room assignment sheet. * Report any maintenance concerns * Report any housekeeping concerns (dirty carpets, stains, etc) * Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order * Turn in right away any lost and found items to supervisor * Place any F&B dishware and glassware into the appropriate containers * Complete any special cleaning tasks. Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or associates of organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Responsibilities

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to high standards while restocking amenities and food items. They must also report maintenance issues and ensure all room equipment is in proper working order.
