Job Role Includes:

  • Ensure that the guest bedroom is well presented and in accordance with Marriott brand Standards
  • Understand and abide by the standards for cleaning a stay over, departure and turn down. Ensure this is understood throughout the team and report to the Housekeeping Supervisor if training is required.
  • To abide by the time allocated for cleaning and preparing guest rooms without compromising standards.
  • Auditing vacant guest bedrooms to ensure they are to the expected standard for guest arrival.
  • Throughout your shift, when the opportunity is available, to complete floor inspections to ensure corridors are clear of any obstructions, trays and other debris.
  • To control all consumables (e.g. guest supplies) ensuring sufficient stock to service the business when required.
  • To ensure your trolley is well stocked with cleaning equipment, guest room supplies and supplied linen stock at the start of every shift. Ensure your trolley is replenished for the next shift.
