EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour, with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
• Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.
