Job Description:

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms according to Hilton Brand Standards.
• Report any room deficiencies to the Engineering Department.
• Interact with encountered guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Follow daily task checklist.
• Maintain linen room cleanliness and orderliness.
• Maintain guest security.
• Deliver lost and found items.

• Hilton Brand Standards must be adhered to at all times. In addition, the essential hospitality standards must be used at all times; eye contact, smile, speak first to guests, engage in polite conversation and use the guest surname when known.
• Must be approachable and a team player.
• A criminal background check is required.

Physical Job Requirements:

• This position is very physical and requires lifting, bending, carrying possibly heavy loads, walking and twisting.
• Ability to move sometimes heavy furniture.
• Ability to operate a vacuum cleaner.
• Standing for long periods of time.

Work Schedule:
Must be available to work Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays as required
